Chapel 11/3/10

Faith is not a last name. It is not something you get because you go to a certain school, attend a particular church, know the right people, or can say the right things. Faith is not dependent on any of these things. Faith is something personal between us and God. He is the one who gives us faith. We have to want it though. As pastor Rob said it is our responsibility to get faith. We have to be willing to let go of our will and trust God. Faith is by no means easy to get. However at the darkest times in our lives if we even have a small amount of it, God can use it to move mountains and maybe even change a few lives.
