Chapel - What do you use your speech for?

What a powerful message! Pastor Betts told the school that faith comes from what we hear, and what we hear should come from God. He told us that what we say affects what others hear. If we put labels on people they will measure themselves by those labels. As Pastor Betts said, “He is a man.” But if you think that one person is a man, then what is everyone else. It is only important what God thinks and not what others think. Don’t speak opposition to God’s plan!

If you would like to listen to DCHS chapel services they are available at:

If you would like to help raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis fund, there is a 75 mile bike ride called Bike to the Bay on October 3rd and 4th. Every year there is a different fund raising event. This year it is for multiple sclerosis. Nick and Chris’dad has started his own team for the event. His team is called KB Memory Team. As most of you know Chris and Nick's mom and baby brother were killed in an automobile accident last November. The team stands for Kirstie & Billy Memory Team. There is a website that you can go to, to donate money. All of the money collected will go to the Multiple Sclerosis fund. Their goal is to raise $5,000!
